Our 10% Tyre Price Beat Guarantee ensures you get the best price by matching and beating any competitor’s genuine quote by 10%. This offer is valid for the first cash price quoted by the competitor.

Hyper Drive Installers and Suppliers are not covered by this guarantee.

The competitor’s quote must be for the same/comparable item in terms of Brand, Model, Colour, Size, and Service Location.

The competitor's quote must be presented before the purchase is made at Hyper Drive.

This offer is available for retail sales only and cannot be combined with any other Hyper Drive promotions or offers.

It also cannot be combined with loyalty or referral discounts and excludes items that are out of stock or on backorder.

Afterpay and Q Card or Long term Finance cannot be used with any Price Beat offers.

The guarantee does not apply if the competitor’s price is part of a special offer, promotion, loyalty reward, coupon, cashback, or similar deal.

The guarantee is void if the competitor’s price is due to a technical error by the competitor or supplier.

Price beat excludes Parallel imported products, and must be supplied by the NZ distributor for the product.

BONUS GIFTS

Bonus gifts are available only with qualifying purchases 

Bonus gifts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

Bonus gifts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes.

Bonus gifts are available while stocks last. If the bonus gift is no longer available, the promotion may end, or a substitute gift of equal or greater value may be offered at our discretion.

If you return an item that qualified for a bonus gift, the bonus gift must also be returned in its original, unused condition. If the bonus gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund or exchange amount.

Only one bonus gift can be claimed per qualifying transaction, regardless of the number of qualifying items purchased. Multiple transactions cannot be combined to receive multiple bonus gifts.

HYPER DRIVE GIFT VOUCHERS

We will fulfil all of our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All sales are final unless items are found to be damaged or defective.

Items with a manufacturing defect must be reported within the manufacturer's warranty period. We will repair or replace the product at our discretion and have it shipped back to you within a reasonable timeframe.

If the defective item cannot be repaired and a suitable replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your nominated credit card or bank account.

No refund or replacement will be given until we receive the returned product. Products must be returned in their original packaging and contents, accompanied by the invoice and returns form.

Returned items with signs of physical damage, misuse, unauthorised repair/tampering, or testing as not faulty will be returned to the sender.

Speakers and subwoofers with burnt or blackened voice coils are deemed abused or misused and are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

The buyer is responsible for the compatibility of the product.

Items requiring installation can only be claimed with proof of professional installation provided.

QUOTES

Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. After this period, the quotation may be subject to revision.

Quotations must be confirmed in writing by the customer within the validity period. 

Following written confirmation, orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Hyper Drive reserves the right to accept or decline any order based on availability, capacity, or other considerations.

While Hyper Drive endeavours to maintain quoted prices, we reserve the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant changes in market conditions, material costs, or other unforeseen factors. Any adjustments will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

Delivery times quoted are estimates and are subject to change.

FINANCE

Purchasing online with Q Card

You can now use your Q Card to make online purchases at hyper.co.nz* and receive at least 3 months no payments and no interest (Payment Holiday) on your purchase.

You could get an extended Payment Holiday period on promotional days (as advertised occasionally).

To use Q Card online simply select 'Credit Card' as your payment type when you check-out, enter your Q Card number, expiry date and CVV number. (Your CVV number is a 3 digit number displayed on the back on your Q Card).

LAYBY POLICY

A 20% deposit is required and retained if the final payment is not made within the specified time or at all.

Final payment must be made within 8 weeks of the order date

Layby value must be $100 or over

If you fail to make payments and/ or do not finalise your layby by the end of the layby term (8 weeks), we have the right to keep your deposit (20% of the full price of the item/s) for administration, cancellation fees, and to cover loss of the value of the goods.

You will lose the right to your item/s, and they will be resold.

If you wish to cancel a layby, charges will apply, enabling us to recover our costs. You may cancel your order at no charge if payments have not commenced.

DEBT COLLECTION

If products are purchased via the Hyper website using a fraudulent credit card or any other means without the authority of the cardholder Hyper Drive will be entitled to collect payment via a registered collection agency. All costs associated with this collection will be passed on to the user of the fraudulent card.

To ensure the highest level of security for all our customers, we may need to contact you to confirm your payment details before processing your order. We do this to help protect both our customers and ourselves from fraud.  This occasional security measure may result in a slight delay to your delivery and you may be asked for additional information.
